TERMS OF SALE

 

RECEPTION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

 

After making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including your order number, items purchased, any additional costs such as shipping charges and payment information. This Order Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you used to log in with.

 

If requested, you will receive a paper invoice in the package together with the goods purchased.

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

We offer free shipping for any order over 120 euros; order of less than 119,99€ will have a standard shipping charge of 10€.

 

 

DELIVERY TERMS

 

All purchases will be sent by UPS. Your order will be sent from our warehouse within 24/48 working hours and you will receive it at the indicated address in 2-5 working days. The above information does not apply to weekends or public holidays. You will receive a text message to let you know the delivery day of your order.

 

During the Sales Season delivery might take a little longer.

 

If, for whatever reason, we are not able to have the goods delivered within 30 days as indicated by the law 3/2014, we will ask you to grant us additional time except in cases where the item is not available or if the purchase was made with a fixed term and the consumer has expressly indicated it.

 

In this case you have the right to withdraw from the contract. You can check how to do this by consulting the paragraph CHANGES AND RETURNS, Right of Withdrawal.

 

RETURNS

 

If you wish to return a product, you can request a refund by accessing the "My account" section on our website and completing the return form. Once the return is requested, we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours including a UPS free return label. You must print this label, attach it to the package and then take the package to a UPS Delivery Point near you. If you do not have this option available, you must contact UPS with the tracking number on the label.

 

Once we receive the returned item, we will give you a refund by the same method you used to pay.

 

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

The products must be returned unused, with the original packaging and tags and in perfect condition. We will not accept returns from footwear if the brand shoe box has been damaged with return labels and/or packaging seals and tape.

 

For hygienic reasons, products such as underpants, boxers, panties or stockings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Your order can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

All returned products must be unused and have the original packaging/tags.

If possible, make sure to pack the items the same way you received them.

 

 

ARTICLE IN REPLACEMENT

 

If the article is not available we will offer you a product with similar characteristics without increasing the price. You can decide whether to accept the new product or cancel your order.

GUARANTEES

 

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, 14oz abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by writing an e-mail to info@14ozshop.com

 

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

 

Promotional codes can be redeemed once only in connection with an order, and only within the specified period. Please check the terms and conditions of any promotional voucher before using it as certain brands may be excluded from the promotion and a minimum order value may apply.

Promotional codes don't apply to already discounted items.
